1. What exactly are the RADOR quick-dry bath mats made of? Most rador mats use a blend of bamboo viscose and a fast drying microfiber latex backing. The top is designed to wick moisture away from your feet, while the backing adds grip and prevents sliding. Every batch is tested for drag absorbency and dry time, because a mat that pools water is a bad bringer.
2. Where do you ship? Currently, we ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are not shipping internationally at this time, but hope to expand later. If you live in a US territory not listed, please reach out to us at support@rador.shop and we will try work something out.
3. How long does shipping take and how much does it cost? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days. We process your order within 1-3 business days before dispatch. So our moment your order has left our doors, you will get a tracking number by email within 1-2 days, so you can follow along.
4. How do I track my order? Once your order is processed, we email you the tracking number. The carrier is typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on what your delivery address. You can use that number on their website to see updates. If you never received an email, check your spam, or contact us and we can resend it.
5. Can I cancel my order? You may within 24 hours of placing, as long as your order has not been processed. After that window, the order enters our processing pipeline so we cannot stop it. To cancel, email support@radora.shop as soon as possible. So a 24 hours from your order time should be easy.
6. What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The mat must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first at support@radora.shop. You pay for return shipping unless the product arrived defective. We never want to you stuck with something that is not dry.
7. How fast do these mats dry actually feel? Most mats are dry to touch within 15-30 minutes in a normal bathroom. If you hang over a bar, the drying is faster. Because the top layer is thin and the backing is breathable, moisture does not sit. We have heard customers say it feels dry after a shower cycle, which is the point.
8. Are they machine washable? Yes, absolutely. Warm wash gentle and tumble dry on low. Avoid fabric softeners because they coat fibers and reduce absorption. We have run hundreds of washes in our tests and they hold their shape and their no-slip grip stays. Just wash them, no dryer sheets, and they will stay fresh.
